Steam Offline Mode
While an internet connection is required to activate and download updates to RailWorks, it is not required all the time.

Tutorial Movies
We have created a series of tutorial movies to guide you through the creation and editing of routes and environments.You can watch or download individual episodes at http://railsimulator.blip.tv/. To download an episode's wmv, click on "This episode's permalink" at the bottom left, click on "share" and select the "Permalinks" tab. You'll see "Right-click and Save" on the right.

Rail Simulator Addon Installation Process
The "Install Addon DVD" will provide functionality to allow for the installation of purchased & protected Rail Simulator Addons (DVD and Downloaded). This functionality will be available shortly.

RailWorks Art Plugins
These plugins are required in order to make custom content using Autodesk 3D Studio Max and Adobe Photoshop. Supported Max versions include: 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 / 9 / 2008 / 2009. Photoshop plugins are compatible from version 6 onwards.
